Kyle Fannin

Pastor

Pastor Kyle and his wife planted BBC in 2008 with the vision to glorify God by training disciples of Jesus Christ to love God, love others, and intentionally share the Gospel. He serves the church through oversight and feeding of the flock. His preaching, teaching, and counseling, coupled with his staff management, keep the church running smoothly and growing spiritually.

Zach Kirchner

Associate Pastor

Zach joined our staff in 2021 after graduating from Bob Jones University, and was ordained as a pastor in 2023. Zach provides biblical counseling to people who are in need and is passionate about helping people consistently study and understand the Word of God, and showing them the joys that come from living life according to the Scripture. Zach also leads our music ministry and strives to promote holiness in our church worship.

Pam Lindner

Church Administrator

Pam spent more than 20 years as a military wife and homeschooling mom before coming on staff in 2020 as our Church Administrator. She supports all of the ministries in the church and serves as Missions Secretary and Church Bookkeeper.

Kathy Marshall

Church Secretary

Kathy was one of our charter members in 2008, and after retiring from the public school system, came on staff as our secretary in 2017. She prepares all of our print material, keeps our records, and makes sure our church stays well-supplied.

Alec Neff

MultiMedia Support

Alec has a career in his family-owned business, but also has a desire to use his technology background to benefit other Christians and help them grow. He joined our staff part-time in 2024, bringing his expertise to support our church app and create engaging teaching videos for our SEEDS ministry.

Joe Rincon

Youth Director & Music Assistant

Joe joined our staff in 2025 after graduating from Maranatha Baptist University. He brings a genuine passion for reaching and discipling teenagers, which he lives out daily in his role as Youth Director. In addition to leading our youth ministry, Joe serves as the church pianist and assists both the Music Director and the Facilities Manager, faithfully using his gifts to support multiple areas of ministry.

Edward Thal

Outreach & Communications Director

Edward joined our staff in 2014 after serving in churches within South Africa, England, and the United States. He is dedicated to reaching the lost with the Gospel and directs all of our outreach activities. Edward also teaches from the pulpit and through the written word in our SEEDS ministry, which he coordinates.

Wes Wade

Children’s Director & Facilities Manager

Wes is a third-generation farmer and Kentucky native. When the Lord opened the door for him to continue farming and also serve in church ministry, he was excited for the opportunity. He came on staff in 2022 as our Children’s Director and Facilities Manager.
